Each GoodHydrate pack contains 20 sachets. We recommend consuming one sachet per day for optimal hydration and daily electrolyte balance.

Each GoodGut pack contains approximately 30 sachets. We recommend consuming one sachet daily, preferably in the morning, mixed with lukewarm or room temperature water to support healthy digestion and overall gut balance.

Each GoodGreens pack contains approximately 30 sachets. We recommend consuming one sachet daily, preferably in the morning or in the afternoon when you feel sluggish, mixed with water to support overall nutrition, energy levels, and daily wellness.

UAE Deliveries:

All orders within the UAE are delivered next day, including weekends. Our warehouse and delivery partners operate 7 days a week.

International Deliveries:

Orders outside the UAE are delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance timelines.

Public Holidays:

Deliveries are paused during official UAE public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be dispatched on the next working day.

You should have received a shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive the email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder or type @GoodEats in the search bar to find our emails.

Our courier partner will contact you within two working days after your purchase to schedule the delivery. Please make sure you share your mobile number for the delivery person to contact you, and that someone is at home during the day to receive your package.

For international orders, it may take from 3 to 7 working days to receive your package.

Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping fee and taxes / duties may vary depending on your location.

Depending on your country, it can take 5 to 7 business days to receive your shipping. We will share a tracking number to follow your delivery after your purchase.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience to you!. Our TAT for last mile is next business day delivery within UAE. Please make sure you tracked your order from our Tracking page. Or contact us at customercare@goodeatsnutrition.com, we will respond to you swiftly.

Sometimes, transportation or handling problems can damage the products and we are sorry if this affects your experience with GoodEats.

If this happens, please contact us at customercare@goodeatsnutrition.com with the details of the problem, your name, date of purchase and a photo.

We will respond as soon as possible and make this work for you.

We accept Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Cash-on-Delivery is accepted in the UAE only, kindly prepare the right amount for the driver for a smooth delivery.

If you have a discount code, you can use it at the last page of the checkout at the payment page, in the section "Gift card or discount code". Then click on "Apply".

Terms and Conditions:

- A discount code can be used only once

- You cannot cumulate 2 discount codes at the same time

- Discount codes work only for a minimum of AED 200 purchase

Because our products are consumable nutrition items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, for reasons of hygiene and product safety.

We will replace or refund your order if it arrives damaged, if you receive an incorrect item, or if the product is past its expiry date on arrival. Contact customercare@goodeatsnutrition.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
